A wide-eyed baby in a white swaddling suit hangs suspended from a golden hot-air balloon, clutching a full-size Roc St-Louis mineral water bottle against a saturated cobalt blue ground. The balloon carries the brand's selling lines in red brush script: "Légère aux petits et aux grands / Carbonatée. Calcique. Magnésienne." At the foot of the poster, large white condensed sans-serif spells out EAU MINÉRALE NATURELLE / ROC St-LOUIS / GRANDE SOURCE. The visual logic is a single, generous joke: the bottle is nearly as large as the baby holding it.

Printed by the Toulouse-Paris house B. Sirven Imprimeur and signed by the artist using the pseudonym Tuckson, the poster dates to around 1950–1954. It belongs to the post-war French advertising poster tradition in which beverage brands competed for attention through bold flat-colour compositions and a single arresting image, a convention that Savignac and Villemot were refining in Paris at precisely the same moment. Roc St-Louis mineral water, marketed as naturally carbonated and rich in calcium and magnesium, positioned itself as a health drink for all ages, hence the appeal to "les petits et les grands" and the use of an infant as the product ambassador.

The cobalt-and-gold palette and the exaggerated scale of the bottle against the infant figure give the composition its energy. For collectors of mid-century French commercial art and for anyone drawn to the post-war beverage advertising that made Perrier, Campari and Vichy household names across Europe, this poster sits in that same register: wit, colour, and a single idea executed without compromise.
