At the centre of this sheet is a CPSU membership card booklet with Lenin in profile on it, and white silhouettes of Soviet workers crowd around it. The RISD Graphic Design and Illustration Archive holds an example in its Russian Posters collection and dates it to 1986. The booklet names the Central Committee of the CPSU (TsK KPSS).

On the poster
Flat white silhouettes of Soviet workers from every sector of the economy surround a central CPSU membership card booklet bearing a profile portrait of Lenin. The silhouettes include a steelworker, a surveyor, a nurse, a technician and a construction labourer. The card's left page carries "The Party is the mind, honour and conscience of our era", and the right reads "Communist Party of the Soviet Union / Central Committee of the CPSU".
Behind the figures sit industrial vignettes: cranes, gears, grain fields and power lines. At the base, bold reversed-out Cyrillic reads "Rodina, Partiya, Vremya Zovet: Kommunisty, Vperyod!" (Motherland, Party, Time is Calling: Communists, Go Forward!). The palette is saturated cadmium red and forest green, with the cream of the card panel as the anchor.
